What Connect is
Connect is the portal your customers log into to buy and manage their SIMs. It runs on your domain, wears your brand, speaks your customers’ language and takes their payments — while the network, the billing and the platform underneath are ours to run.
White-label
The same platform serves every brand on it. Which one a visitor sees is decided by the address they typed — so your customers arrive at your portal, at your URL, and never see us.

How far the branding goes
Most “white-label” means a logo slot and a colour picker. This goes further — because the parts customers notice are the ones nobody usually bothers with.
The portal loads at your address, for your brand. Connect reads the incoming domain and returns that brand’s entire configuration — your customers stay on your URL and never get redirected to ours.
Adding a brand is provisioning, DNS and a custom domain. No code change, no separate build, no forked codebase — every brand runs on the same platform and gets every improvement the day it ships.
Logo, favicon, display name, browser tab title, accent colour, page and header colours, login background and support address — all editable inside the portal, with a live preview. Assets are uploaded, not requested from us.
The app holds a neutral screen until your configuration resolves, and never falls back to Justworx branding. Your customers do not glimpse our logo on a slow connection — that was engineered deliberately.
Your favicon and page title are written into the page on the server, before it reaches the browser — so they are correct on first paint, in every browser, including the ones that ignore icons set later.
Override any individual string in the interface, in any language you offer, without touching the underlying translation. Match the vocabulary your market actually uses.
Edit the copy of the emails your customers receive, per language, with a live preview — and send them from your own domain, not a Justworx address.
Decide which customer details are collected and which are mandatory — separately for company and individual accounts. Require a VAT number in one market and skip it in another.
Languages
The entire interface — every screen, button, message and error, over five hundred strings — is translated into ten languages. You choose which of them your brand offers and which one new visitors land on.
And where a translation doesn’t match how your market actually talks, you can override any individual string yourself, without waiting for us.
Dealers & customers
Connect assumes you don’t sell everything directly. Stock flows from you, to your dealers, to their customers — and everyone gets the view that fits them.
Create the plans, set the prices, decide which signups are open, allocate SIM stock down to your dealers, and see the whole fleet.
Dealers apply through your portal, you approve them, and they get their own stock and their own customers — under your brand, not ours.
Your customers register, activate a SIM, watch their usage, top up and renew — and pay online, on your domain.
Plans & payments
Plans aren’t fixed by us. Each brand defines its own catalogue — what’s included, how long it runs — and sets its own prices on top. The same plan can carry a different price under a different brand.
Customers can pay by card in the portal, with a cart that handles a whole batch at once — renew thirty SIMs in a single checkout. You choose what’s purchasable: SIMs, top-ups, renewals, or any combination.

Getting started
We create the brand and its owner account, and map it to your domain. You get a staging address immediately, so the whole thing can be built and reviewed before anyone outside sees it.
Upload your logo and favicon, set your colours, choose your languages, write your plans and prices, set your signup rules and email copy — all in the portal, all previewed live.
One DNS record sends your domain at the platform, a certificate is issued automatically, and you flip the brand from staging to live. Same day, no deployment.
